We are based in Anaheim, California.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we don’t have a physical store. Due to high production volume, we cannot accommodate in-person visits to our warehouse.
What printing services do you offer?
We offer a variety of printing services, including screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing and embroidery. Additionally, we provide custom printing for promotional items like tote bags and other branded merchandise.

What types of shirts do you offer?
We proudly offer our in-house brand, ALA. Our solid-color tees are made of 100% cotton, while our Heather options are 90% cotton and 10% polyester.
What is the GSM of your tees?
Our tees are regular-fit, unisex, and soft-style, comparable to popular brands like Tultex and District. They’re made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton, ensuring comfort and durability without feeling too baggy.
What are the fabric blends for tees and hoodies?
Our tees are primarily cotton, while our lightweight hoodies are cotton with a polyester blend.
Are the garments true-to-size?
Yes, our promo garments are true-to-size. If you prefer oversized or long tees, let us know—we offer a variety of options.
What color options are available?
For promo tees, we offer two options: a selection of four colors (Black, White, Heather Grey, and Sand Dune) or a broader range with over 20 color choices.
Hoodies are currently available only in Black.
Can you send me a catalog or price list?
We don’t have a full catalog but can share our wholesale pricing list. Garment prices are available on our website.
Ordering and Customization
Does the promo include printing on both sides?
The promo includes printing in one location. Additional print locations can be added for a small fee.
Can I choose the sizes and colors?
Yes, you can specify sizes and mix colors in your order. We recommend a size breakdown of S-15, M-25, L-35, and XL-25 for balanced inventory.
Can I include youth sizes, long sleeves or hoodies in my 100-piece order?
The promo applies to 100 unisex adult tees. Youth sizes, long sleeves, or hoodies can be added at adjusted prices.
Can I get a printed sample with my logo?
Yes, but due to production costs, it will be more expensive. Alternatively, we can send a sample featuring our Anchored Prints design.
Do you offer custom neck labels?
Yes, we provide custom neck labels for an additional fee of $0.50 (discounted from $1) each, covering the cost of materials, ink, and labor.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, you can! Samples are available for $15, including shipping. If you're located near Orange County, we may provide a free sample. For orders outside the area, a small fee covers the cost of the shirt and shipping.
Please specify your preferred size, color, and shipping address when requesting a sample.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces for Promo Custom Hoodies and 100 pieces for the Wholesale T-Shirt Deal.
Why is there an additional charge for oversized items?
Oversized items require extra material, which increases production costs. We appreciate your understanding.
Pricing and Payment
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through a secure online link where you can safely enter your card details. At this time, we do not accept PayPal or Venmo.
Do you accept partial payments or installments?
Full payment is required upfront to begin processing your order.
Do you offer discounts for resellers?
Yes! Resellers purchasing 300+ pieces may qualify for a bulk discount. A reseller’s certificate may also qualify you for a tax discount.
Can I order fewer items at the promo price?
Promo pricing applies to 100 pieces for tees and 50 pieces for hoodies. Orders below the minimum will follow regular pricing
Shipping and Delivery
Is shipping free?
No, shipping costs $35 per box, accommodating up to 100 tees (S to XL). Tracking details will be emailed once the order ships.
We partner with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 21 days. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional fee.
Returns and Refunds
What is your refund or replacement process for damaged or unsatisfactory products?
We offer replacements or refunds for issues such as damaged garments (e.g., holes or defects), incorrect garment colors, print color discrepancies (e.g., significantly different from the approved Pantone), or poor print quality (e.g., blurry or misaligned prints). To resolve the issue promptly, please contact us with photos and details of the problem within 7 days of receiving your order. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover shipping costs for replacements.
What is your cancellation policy?
If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placement, no cancellation fee will be applied. However, if the order is canceled after 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the total bill to cover processing and restocking costs.
